According to reports, computer pirates broke into Oracle’s computer systems and stole data from patients with medical care, according to Bloomberg News, which cited a source familiar with the incident.

According to the reports, the cloud technology company alerted several medical care clients this month who, at some point after January 22, the computer pirates broke into their servers and copied the data of the patients to an external location, Bloomberg News reported.

“According to the DOJ policy, the FBI cannot confirm or deny the existence of an investigation,” the FBI told Fox News Digital in an email on Friday.

Oracle did not immediately respond to the request for comments from Fox Business.
