The Star of Coronation Street, Jack P Shepherd, was crowned the winner of Celebrity Big Brother this year.
Shepherd, who played David Platt for 25 years on soap, beat his finalist colleagues, including dredging artist Danny Beard, the American personality Jojo Siwa and the television star Chris Hughes.
Friday, the actress Donna Preston and the Pop star of ITV are also in the actress Donna Preston and the pop star of Pop Chesney Hawkes.
A few minutes after the announcement of his victory, a visibly shocked shepherd left the house by saying “crazy” several times when he was welcomed by the hosts of the AJ Odudu series and the best.
The self -proclaimed superfroach brother said: “I can’t believe it, I am blown away. I didn’t expect it.”
He said he thought he was a “shoo-in” for fifth place until his roommates begin to “disappear” the show on Friday evening.
“I thought, surely not,” he said. “When Jojo went, my head fell – I did it nailed as a winner.”
By thinking about his love of the show, he added: “I jumped into the newspaper room even if they told me – I loved it. I loved everything.”

This year’s series made the headlines when Hollywood Mickey Rourke actor was unveiled as one of the roommates when he started three weeks ago – before being expelled for “inappropriate language” and “unacceptable behavior”.
The actor nominated at the Oscars had received a warning after Siwa accused him of being “homophobic”, before being removed after a confrontation with the former star of Love Island Hughes.
Hughes and the former star of the Siwasiwa dance mothers, 21, have established a close friendship in the show. She also made waves when she said that being in the house had decided to identify as a queer instead of the lesbian.
“I change letters!” She told Beard, joking that she was moving from L to Q in LGBTQ.
“I always told myself that I am a lesbian, and I think that being here, I realized:” Oh, I am not a lesbian, I am queer. “And I think it’s really cool”.
Priponist of viewers
The celebrities who were voted during the series included the television host Trisha Goddard, the athlete Daley Thompson and the Eastenders Patsy Palmer icon.
Also on the programming, the deputy Michael manufacturer, the presenter Angellica Bell and the only means is Ella Rae Wise of Essex.
But it was Shepherd who became the favorite of viewers.
The 37 -year -old is an element of the screen as the son of Gail David since 2000, when he was 12 years old. There has been speculation about his future in the series, but he said he wanted to stay for 25 years.
It was the second edition of Big Brother’s celebrities on ITV since the broadcaster relaunched the series in 2023. The launch episode earlier this month was watched by around 2.7 million people.
