The chatbots available on finishing platforms such as Facebook and Instagram can participate in sexually explicit conversations with minor users, according to A new report on the Wall Street Journal.
The WSJ says that after learning about internal concerns about whether the company was doing enough to protect minors, it spent months doing hundreds of conversations with the target ai to official, as well as the chatbot created by users available on the goal platforms.
In a reported conversation, a chatbot using the actor’s voice/fighter John Cena described a graphic sexual scenario for a user who identifies as a 14 -year -old girl. A Meta spokesman described WSJ tests as “as manufactured that it is not only marginal, it is hypothetical.” The company estimated that in a period of 30 days, sexual content represented 0.02% of the shared responses through the goal AI and Ai Studio with users under 18.
“However, we have now taken additional measures to help ensure that other people who want to spend hours manipulating our products in extreme cases will have even more,” said the spokesman.
