A baby in Colorado has contracted measles, according to state health officials.
The child, who has less than 1 year and lives in Denver County, did not vaccinate due to age, according to a statement from the Department of Health and Public Environment of Colorado, Denver Health and the Department of Public Health and Environment of Denver.
The baby recently traveled to Chihuahua, Mexico, where there is an active measles outbreak, according to the same source.
