Singer Katy Perry admitted to feel “beaten and bruised” by the counterpoup after her recent journey into space, but reassured the fans she is ok and “would continue to look at the light”.

Writing two weeks after the very lively blue trip, which saw her take an 11 -minute flight with five other women, the American star said that the “online world” had tried to make her a “human piñata”.

Her comments came after the fans paid a billboard in New York to show their support for her before her world tour.

“Please know that I am well, I did a lot to know who I am, what is real and what is important to me.”

She said that she was “not perfect”, but rather on a “human journey playing the game of life with an audience of many and sometimes I fall”.
