Manchester United’s manager Ruben Amorim, said Marcus Rashford could still have a future in the Premier League.
Rashford left United in January to join Aston Villa on loan and is expected to leave the club permanently this summer. The England striker was removed from the team by Amorim in December as part of the plans to rebuild the team.
But before the United Premier League match against Bournemouth on Sunday, Amorim told journalists that nothing has yet been decided.
“All loan players will return, and then the club will decide what to do at the end of the season,” said Amorim.
“When you lend a player, it is best to perform well. All these players have talent and need to show it with their loan clubs.”
Rashford is one of the several United players currently on loan, including Jadon Sancho in Chelsea, Antony at Real Betis and Tyrell Malacia in the PSV Eindhoven.
It remains to be seen if Rashford will return to Old Trafford or pass permanently in the summer.
