The Hollywood actor Mickey Rourke received a formal warning to use the “offensive and unacceptable” language towards Jojo Siwa in Celebrity Big Brother.

The nominated star at the Oscars entered the TV show ITV on Monday alongside the personality of television and social media of 21 years, and 11 other celebrities.

Siwa accused Rourke, 72, of being “homophobic” for having said that he “was going to vote the lesbians very quickly” and make other comments on his sexuality.

Consequently, Big Brother said to him: “An additional language or behavior of this nature could have you removed from the house Big Brother.”

Rourke later apologized to Jojo Siwa after the exchange, which is broadcast on ITV on Wednesday

Rourke later apologized to Siwa and told the roommates that he “had not said it by wickedness”.

According to a transcription published by ITV before the episode on Wednesday evening, Rourke first asked Siwa if she loved boys or girls. She replied: “Girls. My partner is not binary.”

He then said to her, “If I stay more than four days, you won’t be gay.”

She replied: “I can guarantee that I will always be gay and I will always be in a very happy relationship.”

He then comments on the vote, and apparently referred to a previous conversation on the smoking area when he said: “I need a fag”, before calling on Siwa and adding: “I am not talking to you.”

After being informed that he could not say that by the former star of Love Island, Chris Hughes, Rourke said: “I know. I was talking about a cigarette.”

Short fuse

The American actor was called in the newspaper room, where Big Brother told him that “the language was offensive and unacceptable” and gave him the official warning.

He replied: “I apologize. I have no dishonorable intentions – I just speak, you know. I didn’t take everything if seriously. I didn’t mean bad intentions and if I did, sorry.”

After going back to the main house, Hughes told her that Siwa “was very upset earlier”, and she informed Rourke that it was “not an acceptable word”.

He said, “I want to apologize. I used to have a short fuse. And I don’t want to say anything by that. I think (sorry). If I didn’t say it, I wouldn’t tell you.”

Siwa replied: “I appreciate your apologies.”
