An isolated island where Stormzy wrote an album is on sale – and should go more than 25 million pounds sterling ($ 33 million).
The island dares in the Blackwater estuary near Maldon in Essex belongs to the music producer Nigel Frieda.
The private domain of 380 acres (1.5 km2) – where the Grime Artist worked on his latest album – was also rented by the singer Rihanna and used as a film location.
One of the real estate agents listing the island, which is cut at high tide, said that there had already been considerable interest.

“We already have several offers on this subject and some of them go beyond the price of the guide,” said Simon Pelling, of Fine and Country.
“We see it going to operators who will use it in a similar way to the way it is used now-as a place, an event space or a high-end rental installation,” he added.
Essex singer Olly Murs married there in 2023.

The 1989 television adaptation and the women’s 2012 film in black were filmed there.
Mr. Pelling added: “His proximity to London is a major sales argument and it’s beautiful.”
