Wesley Bryan says he will attract the suspension given by the PGA tour to participate in an event backed by Liv in Miami.
Bryan, whose only PGA Tour gain to date arrived in the RBC Heritage in 2017, has become known for creating Golf content on YouTube with Brother George.
The couple recently competed in “The Duels: Miami” the week before the Masters in the middle of a six -shaped field of Liv and six YouTube creators, with George and Sergio García winning the fight of nine holes.
Bryan confirmed on Wednesday that the PGA Tour suspended him indefinitely after a “small disagreement”, saying: “They have been a few difficult weeks for us. It has been an emotional roller coaster with certainty.”
PGA Tour rules claim that members who participate in any event backed by LIV face a one -year prohibition, but Bryan is attractive because “the duels” was not a regular LIV tournament.
He added: “I want to be clear, respect for the authorities that are in their place, but due to the ambiguity in the rules and regulations that were written, yes, as a member of the PGA tour, I have the right to appeal their decision of which I plan to exercise.
“I don’t feel that when the rule was written, I was destined to cover the creation of YouTube content. I feel it was destined to cover organized, professional and high -level golf events.”
Sky Sports News He has contacted the tour to comment.
Bryan has played three PGA Tour events so far in 2025, drawing in 25 position at the agency Insurance Open while the cut in American Express and Puerto Rico Open fails.
He has appeared in 134 PGA Tour events during his career.
