Russian President Putin’s 30-Day Order Not Hit Ukraine Energy Targets “Expired”: Kremlin

Moscow, Russia:

A 30 -day moratorium on the surprising Ukrainian energy infrastructure ordered by Russian President Vladimir Putin last month has “expired,” Kremlin said on Friday.

Russia announced the truce on March 18 after a call between Putin and the president of the United States, Donald Trump, but both Moscow and kyiv accused each other repeatedly.

“The month has expired,” said spokesman Dmitry Peskov to journalists about an informative call, in response to an AFP question.

“Until now, there have been no other instructions from the Supreme Commander in Chief, President Putin.”

The short -term moratorium was one of the few commitments Trump had arranged to Russia in his attempt to negotiate a high fire in the three -year conflict.

Putin rejected an American-Ukrainian joint proposal of a high unconditional and complete fire that was put before.

The Ukrainian president, Volodymyr Zelensky, said that Russia never took the moratorium and that Moscow continued to reach Ukraine’s energy goals “despite Putin’s words.”
