Sir Tim Rice performs in Cornwall after his visit for 50 years

The world’s renowned publishing Sir Tim Rice participated in a new tour, reflecting on his well -established career in musical theater.

The show, which will be played in the room from Cornwall to Truro on Wednesday, should include stage shows, including the superstar of Jesus Christ, Evita and failures.

Sir Tim said he loved the county and was visiting “for 40, 50 years now”.

The singer-songwriter said that he had “made the Helford River region known particularly well” after playing a lot of cricket in Cornwall.

He described the tour, my life in musicals – I know him so well, as a “retrospective of my fortune and my experience in the world of musical theater”.

“I am obviously a frustrated interpreter that I was not good enough to sing and I certainly cannot act, but I am good enough to remember what I did and remember,” he added.

“I can talk about Andrew Lloyd Webber, I can talk about Elton John, Bjorn and Benny and Alan Menken, Mike Batt, all the big composers I worked with – it’s fun.

“I was very lucky to work with some of the best.”

He said: “A writer I admire a lot is Barry Gibb but Barry Gibb is brilliant because he writes big words as well as great music, so he would not need me.

“I just need someone who writes shiny music but who is stuck on the lyrics.”

Sir Tim said that the show, which turns in the United Kingdom until the end of May, will be interpreted by “four wonderful singers”.

“I discuss between the songs and the rabbit on everything that comes to mind,” he added.

The lyricist said that the show would also include “Big Flops, Strange Songs and different versions” as well as the possibility of singing.

“Sometimes you need a bad voice to illustrate a bad word and I adapt perfectly,” he said.
