Trent Robinson responds as Leniu allegedly involved in another sideline incident with journo

Only weeks after the ugly spit of the lateral line of the forward Spencer Leniu with the commentator of the Nine Canal Johnathan Thurston, according to the reports, he has had another meeting with a media member.

As the roosters achieved a great victory over dragons in the traditional accessory of Anzac’s day at the Allianz stadium in the back of Sandon Smith’s best performance, the powerful accessory supposedly used a vulgar language when he spoke with the journalist Brent Read.

Talk about 2GB Radio on Saturday, the coach of Gallos, Trent Robinson, said he was not aware of the last incident that involved his burning striker.

“It’s the first time I’ve heard about it, so I can’t comment on that I didn’t know about that, so I have to look at more details,” Robinson said.

“We definitely do not want conflict constantly, but the conflict also creates interests from a media perspective.”

Robinson supported his player in the entire Thurson saga and said that the headlines created as a result could be good for the NRL.

Leniu was not sanctioned by the club, or the NRL, after the Stoush with the legend of the Cowboys and Maroons of North Queensland for his criticisms of Leniu and the governing body has not yet commented on the alleged encounter with Read on Friday.
