Signalgate: US NSA Mike Waltz will stop publication, US media reported

The US National Security Advisor Mike Waltz, who is wrapped in a great controversy about sending details of the air attack plans in the signal of the messaging application, will resign from its publication, the media reported today.
The Atlantic in March published details of the plans for American air attacks in Huthíes backed by Iran in Yemen that were shared by mistake by Mr. Waltz with his editor in chief, Jeffrey Goldberg, in Signal.
Mr. Waltz on March 26 claimed “full responsibility” for erroring the journalist to the group chat in which the senior US officials discussed imminent attacks in Yemen.
“I assume all the responsibility. I built the group; my work is to make sure everything is coordinated,” Waltz told Fox News Laura Ingraham, adding that he does not personally know Mr. Goldberg, the journalist who was added to the chat.
