Utah has become the first state in the US. Uu. Prohibiting add fluoride to its public drinking water systems as concerns about decades continue to grow, partially fed by the Make America Healthy Again (Maha) movement.

Republican governor Spencer Cox signed the legislation on Thursday that prohibits cities and communities from deciding whether to add the chemist to their water systems.

The bill was approved by the legislature last month and is scheduled to enter into force on May 7.

Critics, however, have said for a long time that washing the teeth with fluoride is not comparable to the risks they pose when ingesting fluoride, with the latter potentially triggering harmful neurotoxic effects.

The fluoride used in public systems is generally not a natural fluoride and, on the other hand, is obtained from the phosphate fertilizer industry, where it is captured during processing to prevent environmental emissions.

Utah legislators pressed for a ban said that putting fluoride in the water was too expensive and did not improve dental health. Cox, who grew up and raised his own children in a community without flurate water, recently compared it with being “medicate” by the government.

Bill’s representative, the representative of Bill’s representative Stephanie Gricius, a Republican, told Fox News Digital in January that she had been working on the bill since the beginning of last year, noting that the fluoride is regulated by the federal government as a recipe.

“Community water flow and informed consent, which is essential for good medical care, cannot coexist,” Gricius said.

“I firmly believe in the individual choice when it comes to what recipes we put in our bodies.”

She said that only two of the 29 UTAH counties practice community water fluoration, and with a sample size of more than 70,000 children, the researchers discovered that there were no significant differences in the dental decomposition of children between the counties that add fluoride and those who do not.

“In fact, the county with the least amount of decomposition does not add fluoride,” he said.

The American Dental Association abruptly criticized COX and Utah legislators, saying that the prohibition showed “meaningless disregard for health and oral well -being of their constituents.” The group said that cavities are the most common chronic disease of childhood.

The Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS), Robert F. Kennedy Jr., promised in November banning practice throughout the country.

“Fluoride is an industrial waste associated with arthritis, bone fractures, bone cancer, IQ loss, neurological development disorders and thyroid disease,” RFK wrote in an X post in November.

Kennedy, who is seen as the father of the Maha movement since he supported the presidential campaign of President Trump in July, aims to improve nutrition, eliminate toxins, preserve natural habitats and fight against the epidemic of chronic diseases in this country.

If Kennedy finished the practice, he would cancel a policy promulgated for the first time 80 years ago when Grand Rapids, Michigan became the first city in the world to fluor his water supply.

Currently, more than 200 million Americans, or around 75% of the population, drink fluorked water.

In September, a judge in California ordered the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to regulate fluoride because high levels could represent “an unreasonable risk” for the intellectual development of children.

“In fact, EPA’s own expert agrees that fluoride is dangerous at some exposure level,” said the judge. “And wide evidence establishes that a mother’s exposure to fluoride during pregnancy is associated with decreases in intellectual coefficient in her offspring.”
