McDonald’s mocked clients on Tuesday on when to wait for snacks backward in his menu.
The fast food giant wrote in X, “Snack wraps 0x.14.2025”.
The McDonald’s track has attracted around 1.4 million visits and more than 12,000 I like it since it was published on Tuesday morning.
It seems to suggest that the highly anticipated return of the company’s snack envelope could occur before October, the tenth month of the year.
McDonald’s customers have been waiting for the wraps that reappear in the menu since the US President of McDonald’s, Joe Erlinger, said at the end of last year that the fast food chain planned to relaunch them in 2025.
The company has not sold the involvement of snacks in the United States in nine years.
“The involvement wrap will return in 2025. This has a cult track. I receive so many emails in my inbox on this product. It will return in 2025,” Erlinger told “Good Morning America” in December.
At that time, he had had a tight lip on the exact schedule for the return of the engagement wrapping, citing “competitive reasons.”
McDonald’s executives also responded more recently to questions about the time of the return of snacks during the company’s quarter -quarter earnings call in February.
When asked about McDonald’s plans to reintroduce the Wrap snack and add an element of the chicken strip menu, the CEO Chris Kempczinski said during his team’s call “if he would kill me if I gave more details about when and the exact details of how we are going to plan to do it, but we certainly hope that he will go online later in the year.”
KempCzincki said that “there is incredible energy for the return of snacks in the United States along with some other markets.”
McDonald’s presents a “new chicken strip offer” in the United States this year, according to the CEO.
He also said that the company “will continue to press the Big Mac chicken as a limited offer only for time.”
The McCrispy sandwich will reach more markets in 2025.
“We continue to implement McCrispy, which is now in more than 70 markets and will be available in almost all markets at the end of 2025,” said Kempczinski.
These movements occur when the company continues to support its chicken offerings.
The CEO told analysts and investors that McDonald’s was “excited about the significant opportunity we see within our chicken portfolio and see the potential to add another point of chicken market share at the end of 2026”.
McDonald’s operated more than 13,500 locations in the United States at the end of 2024, according to the company’s annual report. The chain operates almost 43,500 restaurants worldwide.
